1. 개요

Lucid(이하 "앱")는 사용자의 생각과 메모를 기기에 저장하고 정리하도록 돕는 세컨드브레인 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이 동작하며, 사용자의 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 같은 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
회원 계정이 없으며, 앱 운영자의 서버에 사용자 데이터를 저장하지 않습니다.
사용자가 입력한 메모, 사진, 음성, 링크는 사용자 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
메모를 포함한 모든 데이터는 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 개발자나 제3자 AI 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 권한

마이크는 음성 메모 녹음에만 사용됩니다.
사진 접근은 사용자가 선택한 사진을 메모에 첨부할 때만 사용됩니다.
알림 권한은 사용자가 아침 할 일·주간 리뷰 알림을 켤 때 요청되며, 알림을 켜지 않으면 요청되지 않습니다.
각 권한은 해당 기능을 처음 사용할 때 요청됩니다.
링크를 저장하면, 미리보기(제목·아이콘)를 표시하기 위해 iOS가 해당 링크 주소로 페이지 정보를 가져올 수 있습니다. 이는 사용자가 입력한 메모 본문과는 무관하며, 링크 주소만 해당 사이트로 전달됩니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 데이터는 사용자 기기에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
사용자는 앱 안에서 메모를 개별 삭제하거나, 백업(JSON) 내보내기로 데이터를 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

본 방침이 변경되면 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

1. Overview

Lucid ("the App") is a second-brain app that helps you store and organize your thoughts and notes on your device. The App works without sign-up, and your data is stored on your device by default.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or phone number.
There is no user account, and we do not store your data on any server we operate.
Notes, photos, voice recordings, and links you enter are stored only on your device.
All data, including your notes, is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to the developer or any third-party AI service.

3. Permissions

The microphone is used only to record voice memos.
Photo access is used only to attach photos you select to a note.
Notification permission is requested only when you enable morning to-do or weekly review reminders; if you do not enable them, it is not requested.
Each permission is requested the first time you use the related feature.
When you save a link, iOS may fetch page information (title and icon) from that link's address to show a preview. This is unrelated to your note text; only the link address is sent to that website.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored on your device and is deleted when you delete the App.
You can delete notes individually within the App, or manage your data yourself via JSON backup export.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we will notify you through the App or this page.
